The Mitolo Group own and operates 23,000 hectares (55,000 acres) of farms in South Australia and Western Victoria. The largest of these are holdings north of Adelaide at Waikerie. There are also farms in Pinnaroo and Murrayville (Western Victoria) which are 103 Kilometres South of Waikerie.

These farms provide the back bone to the Group's integrated production program assuring control over the quality of its produce and continuity of supply given the geographic diversity.

By supplying its own produce, Comit Farm can also offer customers consistent prices in an industry often exposed to extreme price fluctuations.
